Arvind Kejriwal Jailed! | DICTATORSHIP Confirmed?

Arvind Kejriwal Jailed! | DICTATORSHIP Confirmed? Hello, friends! Is our country falling towards a state of taunt? A month ago, when I asked you this question, obviously, many people were shocked. But for a true patriot, who cares about the country in the right way, this question is very important. Some people had doubts whether this is happening in the right way or not. But whatever happened in the country in the last month, you should be able to see it for yourself. Delhi's Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was arrested without money trail and conviction. 2 of the 3 election commissioners were appointed by PM Modi as per his will. Electoral bonds, the biggest fraud in history, were disappeared from TV channels and newspapers. The biggest opposition party of the country, Congress, is saying that their bank accounts have been frozen. They are not able to campaign. Before the election, the Income Tax Department filed a fine of 1700 crores on them. It is reported that a fine of 11 crores was filed on the Communist Party. News from all over the country is coming that as soon as the opposition candidates are declared, they are getting notices from the ED and IT. And Congress even says that they are not even allowed to publish paid advertisements in the newspapers. To publish this, we gave our name and the entire bureau that two or three businesses were going on. The main newspaper refused to publish this information. What is happening in the country? Will elections be fought in this way? What can we do to save is happening in the country? Will elections be fought in this manner? What can we do to protect the democracy of the country? We know the answers to all these questions in this video. And some people who still believe that democracy is safe in the country or who believe that the Tana Shahi will be a good thing for the country answer these questions as well. Let's answer this question. Before starting the video, many of you had requested this. So the Holi discount at Dhruv Rathee Academy is being extended for 4 more days. You can use this coupon code till 4th April to get a 50% off on Holi 50. On my Time Management course and my ChatGPT course. You can scan these QR codes in whichever course you're interested in. The link is in the description below. Let's start with Arvind Kejriwal's arrest. This is the first time in the history of independent India that a sitting Chief Minister has been arrested. And that too, when no crime has been proven in the court. Earlier, Delhi's Education Minister Manish Sisodia was arrested, Delhi's Health Minister Satyendra Jain was arrested, MP of Aam Aadmi Party Sanjay Singh was arrested, and all of them are still in jail. Manish Sisodia is over a year old, and Satyendra Jain is two years old, and he is still in jail. The most surprising thing is that none of these crimes have been proven in the court. The ED claims that the leaders of Aam Aad is accused of giving a loan of Rs. 100 crore to the AAP leaders in exchange of undue benefits under Delhi's Excise Policy. But AAP's politician Atishi says that ED and CBI have been investigating this case for 2 years. They have raided more than 500 cases. They have brought more than 1000 witnesses. But they haven't found a single evidence that proves that the Aam Aadmi Party and their ministers have done something wrong. The lawyer of Manish Sisodia tried to tell the Delhi High Court that there is no money trail here. In fact, the policy benefited the people of the country. Because the government's revenue had increased due to this policy, which could be used later to build schools and hospitals. So the question arises, if there is no evidence, why isn't the court giving them bail? The reason behind this is PMLA. The Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Specifically, the law that was passed in 2018 by the Modi government. In this amendment, the government changed the conditions of bail. It made it even more difficult to take bail. What happens in other laws? Innocent until proven guilty. You are considered entitled of getting bail. But in PMLA, you are considered guilty until proven innocent. In the same 2018 amendment, ED was given more power. Arvind Kejriwal himself explained these things before his arrest. Why are people not getting bail in ED cases? Now they have turned the entire law into ED. before the arrest. But the's not just that simple. There's also an electoral bond scam behind Arvind Kejriwal's arrest. According to the court hearing, ED arrested Arvind Kejriwal on the basis of the statements of four people. One of them is Sarath Chandra Reddy, who is the head of Orvindo Pharma Company. On 9th November 2022, ED had called Reddy for questioning in the case of this alleged liquor scam. The statement he gave that day, was in Kejriwal's favour. But the next day, on 10th November 2022, ED arrested him. Just 5 days after his arrest, his company Orvindo Pharma donated Rs. 5 crore to BJP through electoral bonds. We know this by looking at the electoral bond data. Consider the chronology. He was in jail for 6 months. Arvind Kejriwal said in the court that he gave 9 different statements during this 6-month period. All of which were in his favour. He was arrested. After that, he had 9 statements. He never spoke against me. After 6 months of arrest, on 25th April, he was released. But on 25th April, 2023, after 6 months in jail, the next statement he gives is against Mukesh Rewal. The next month, May 2023, ED gives him bail. And in June 2023, he becomes the approver of ED in this case. And after 6 months of bail, his company donates another 25 crore rupees to BJP.
Now, friends, you can see what level of game is being played. The data of electoral bonds tells us that in total, their company had bought bonds worth 52 crore rupees. 2 thirds of which went to BJP for around 34 crore rupees, 15 crore to BRS, and 2.5 crore to TDP. This is why Atishi said that the money trail of the alleged liquor scam was not given to the Aam Aadmi Party but to the BJP. This is the money trail given by the companies of Sharad Chandra Reddy to the Bank Account of the Bharatiya Janta Party. The other three people who were arrested because of the statements by Arvind Kejriwal, you will also find similar chronologies in their stories. The doubt is that Arvind Kejriwal was missing a summons after another, of the ED, and he made all these summons illegal. According to him, the purpose of the ED was to arrest them for any reason, so that the party could be terminated, and the government of Delhi and Punjab could be overthrown. There's an 8-minute audio recording of this case when Arvind Kejriwal was defending himself in the court. If you want to listen to it, the link is in the description. Reacting to Arvind Kejriwal's arrest, Congress politician Rahul Gandhi said, the scared Tana Shah wants to make a dead democracy. Politicians are threatened, the government is overthrown with money, the politicians are threatened, the government is thrown down, the politicians are put in jail. This is a complete match-fixing. The media and all the institutions are being seized, the parties are being broken, the companies are being seized, the account of the main opposition is being frozen, and now the arrest of the elected prime ministers has become a common thing. The Congress party is being tried to end in different ways ways. And this attempt has been going on for months. Last year, in August, Rahul Gandhi was charged with a very strange defamation case. Through which he was tried to disqualify. I talked about this case in detail in this video. In which the Surat court sentenced Rahul Gandhi to 2 years. The Supreme Court stopped it from happening. Otherwise, the top leaders of the two biggest opposition parties in the country would be in jail. But what is being done now? The Congress claims that their bank accounts have been frozen. What is being given after this? The Income Tax Department claims that Congress didn't file its returns at the deadline. Apart from this, a 31-year-old case of Congress is being opened. The Income Tax Department of 1993-1994 says that something happened there at that time. Now we demand its penal charges. On 29th March, the IT Department gave a notice of Rs. 1700 crores to the Congress Party. And on the same day, it was reported that the IT Department also imposed a penalty of Rs. 11 crores on the Communist Party. For what reason? Because they used the old PAN card. Every opposition party is being targeted in this way. Look at this tweet. TMC Party candidate Saket Gokhale wrote that in the last 72 hours, he received 11 different income tax notices. These are notices from 7 years ago. Will there be such free and fair elections in the country? Looking at the circumstances, I remember this film. This comedy film called The Dictator, which tells a satirical story of a fictional dictator. This dictator is ready to go to any extent to win the race. Today, whatever is happening in the country, its news is reaching the whole world. First, a statement came from Germany, then America gave a statement, and now the United Nations is also saying. They hope that people in India will be able to vote in a free and fair manner. That their rights will be protected. Because of these government actions, the reputation of India is falling down all over the world. Some BJP politicians are now openly saying, that they want to get more than 400 seats so that they can change the constitution of the country. Look at this news, on 27th March, Shiv Sena declared his politician Amol Kirtikar as a candidate. This happened at 9 am. And just after an hour, at 10 am, he received an ED notice. Amol Kirtikar, as soon as his name was declared, he received an ED notice. This is a pressure, a threat. This is an attempt to scare. Do you remember the leader of the NCP, Praful Patel? He was accused of corruption by the BJP. 8 months ago, he broke his party and joined the BJP alliance. And what was the result? Look at this news on 29th March. The case that the CBI had filed against him was now closed. Now, the Modi government says that there was no corruption. There are many more cases like this case of Naveen Jindal. He was a candidate for Congress. He was accused of the Colgate scam. But on 25th March, he joined the BJP, and he suddenly got a ticket to the BJP. Even after seeing all this, some people are so ashamed, that they still say, if not him, then who? Do you see the state of affairs in the country? The state of affairs is that any other option is better here. The responsibility of conducting elections in a fair manner is on the Election Commission. But there, it's a different story. On 9th March 2024, Election Commissioner Arun Goyal resigned from his post. Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar said that he resigned because he had health concerns. But according to The Hindu Akhbar, the people close to him said that Arun Goyal's health was actually perfect. The reason behind this is that there was disagreement between Chief Election Commissioner Rajiv Kumar and Election Commissioner Arun Goyal. Apart from this, there was another post of Election Commissioner that was vacant. There are three election commissioners in the country. After their resignation, two posts were vacant. How to appoint two new election commissioners? And who will appoint them? In the previous video, I told you that in March 2023, there were 5 judge constitution benches of the Supreme Court, who ordered that the appointment of the election commissioners should be made by the three people in the committee. Prime Minister, Leader of Opposition, and Chief Justice of India. But the Modi government brought a new law here about 3.5 months ago, and said that no, there won't be a Chief Justice in the appointment of the election commissioners. The Union Minister and Prime Minister of the same government would be there, and one Leader of Opposition would be there. According to this, two new election commissioners were appointed. The committee of three people included Prime Minister Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and an opposition politician, Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary. But even during this appointment, the proper procedure was not followed properly. Adhir Ranjan Chaudhary said that he was given a list of 212 names one night before. And he was given a shortlist of 6 names right before the meeting. And he was not given time to judge who should be appointed, what is their background, what is their experience, and what is their integrity. Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah appointed these these two election commissioners on their own. The Supreme Court expressed concern that it was wrong that the details were not shown in this manner. But the court did not take any action. The court said that it would be a chaos if they stopped the two appointments. So who were these two new election commissioners appointed? First was Gyanesh Kumar, a retired IAS officer, who worked in the Home Ministry between 2016-21, under Amit Shah. Sukhbir Sandhu is the second, a retired IAS officer, who worked in the Ministry of Human Resource Development and was the Chairperson of NHAI, and the Chief Secretary of Uttarakhand. Can these election commissioners be expected to conduct the Lok Sabha elections in a fair manner? Only time will tell. If no institution in our country is working properly, then the responsibility lies with the judiciary. But the story in the country's courts is not that different. On 8th March, a shocking case was seen. The judge of the Calcutta High Court, Abhijit Gangopadhyay, resigned from his post. And after a few days, he formally joined the Bharatiya Janta Party. He admitted that he approached BJP before the resignation. In a recent interview, he said that it is difficult for him to choose between Gandhi and Godse. If such judges stay in contact with political parties, can our judiciary be called free? You tell me. In the court system, there is a common saying. Bail is the rule, jail is an exception. This means that people have the right to get bail. But today, the Chief Justice of India is saying that in district courts, jail is becoming the rule. Judges of lower courts are hesitating to give bail. According to the advocate Dushyant Dawa, the judges are under pressure. It is a scary atmosphere. The judges are worried about their families. Some people will say that if the situation in the country is really bad, how can they make this video? If the country is really falling towards dictatorship, how come they haven't shut me up yet? If the democracy is over, such things cannot happen here. The print's Shekhar Gupta had also raised this argument after my previous video. I have a question for all of them. Look at this video on the screen and tell me, is this car broken or is it safe? Now, any normal person will say, obviously, it is a broken car. But if the logic of Shekhar Gupta is used here, then he will say, the driver is sitting in the car, the car is running, which means the car is safe. Does this make sense? I haven't been able to shut my mouth yet. You are celebrating for this. And what about those who have already been shut? Look at this news headline. 6 people were arrested and more than 100 FIRs were filed, just because people were sticking posters of Modi's removal of the country. 4 sections of cases were filed on late Pawan Jaiswal, only because he reported that the children were being fed with salt in the school as a mid-day meal. This is a very logical fallacy, which is called a false dilemma. To force things to become black and white. That either the country is a democracy or a dictatorship. There can't be anything in between. I never said that the country has become a 100% dictatorship. I said that the country is falling towards a dictatorship. And I'm still saying the same thing. Democracy and dictatorship are a spectrum, a very large scale. There are different ways of measuring democracy. They also give numbers between 0 to 10. Different terms are used. If democracy is going very well in the country, then it is fully functional liberal democracy. Then there is working democracy. If democracy is bad, then it is flawed democracy. Then there is deficient democracy. Then there is electoral autocracy. Then there is the hybrid regime and finally, the authoritarian regime. Which is the actual dictatorship. People are so worried about their cars that even a small scratch or dent can cause them to scream. They get angry. And here, such dents have been made on the car of democracy, and the car has been blown away in such a way, that people are surprised to see how the car is still functioning. If you call yourself a patriot, and you don't raise your voice even after seeing the condition of the car, then are you even worthy of being called a patriot? This month, the Democracy Report was released by Sweden's V-Dem Institute. And it has put India in the category of electoral autocracy. Two steps away from a full dictatorship. This means that there are multi-party elections in the country. But there is no fair level playing field. People's freedom is being destroyed. This report states that the Modi government has used laws like sedition, defamation, and counter-terrorism to suppress the voices that are rising against them. And soon, another law can be added to this list. The Broadcasting Services Regulation Bill 2023 is trying to introduce new IT rules. According to this, a broad definition of broadcasting has been created. The people who have a YouTube channel, Facebook account, Instagram handle, or WhatsApp channel, will be in the category of broadcasters. Every broadcaster will have to register in front of the government, and the government will have a Central Evaluation Committee, which has been given a lot of powers. Broadcasters can only send the same videos or messages to the people who have been approved by this committee. Except for specific programs exempted by the government. Under this law, the government will also have the power to seize the equipment of YouTubers without prior notice. So one thing is for sure that people are trying to shut down their voices on social media. And when my voice will finally be completely shut, what will you answer? What argument will be left? No one is left to speak. This means democracy is going well in the country. And don't be in this misunderstanding that I am a supporter of the government, I am a supporter of Modi, nothing is going my way. Even if the country becomes a dictatorship, everything will go well for me. Sonam Wangchuk also once supported government once when Article 370 was removed. I think this is a matter of great joy for Ladakh. He has got back his right. But when there was a problem in his area and he tried to raise his voice, even after sitting on the throne for 21 days, the government did not open its mouth. A dictator in a dictatorship only cares about his ego, his power, and his money. He doesn't care about the people. Many farmers were also a supporter of the government. But when they found out that they wouldn't even be given the right to demand, the entire media would defame them as traitors. Then they realized what the meaning of dictatorship could be. You are a student. The paper leaks. Keep quiet. You are a student, the paper leaks, keep quiet, you have to raise your voice against the rising inflation, you will be silenced. If you are enduring injustice in your daily life, you will have no option but to shut your mouth and keep quiet. We can already see this happening on issues like unemployment and inflation. In August 2023, Minister of State Jitender Singh told the Parliament that more than 960,000 central government jobs are vacant. Talking about private jobs, the hiring platform in February said that from December 2021, fresher job postings are declining. This report from March 2024 is front-line. The hiring decline in the IT sector is also visible. The situation of jobs is so bad that the Haryana government had to advertise jobs of more than 10,000 contractual labourers in Israel. A country that is a war zone, the government is sending the youth of Haryana there. This is the state of jobs in the country. And what's the point of talking about the cost? The price of petrol has reached from Rs. 90 to Rs. 110. This report from January 2024 shows that the food price index of the United Nations puts the global food inflation at minus 10.1%. That means the prices of food worldwide are decreasing. But in India, the food price index inflation is at 9.5% in December 2023. The government distributes free food to more than 80 crore people. What was the need to distribute free food to more than 80 crore people? This is only possible when they don't have money to eat. After hearing all this, some people will still say that why are you talking about Modi government? But what about Indira Gandhi's dictatorship? He was also a dictator, why doesn't he talk about his dictatorial things? This is again another useless argument. It's called a red herring fallacy. Was I alive when Indira Gandhi started the emergency? No. If I was alive, I would be making these videos. And even now, in fact, I have made a video on Indira Gandhi's emergency about how she was a black mark on democracy. But counting yesterday's problems won't fix today's problems. What happened then was wrong. And what is happening now is also wrong. There was a black mark on the wall. But counting the problems of yesterday, the problems of today won't be fixed. What happened then was wrong. And what is happening now is also wrong. At that time, due to some people's brave struggle, democracy was saved in the country. But today, who will save the country? The media has been bought. Every institution has been compromised. Opposition leaders have been arrested. Who is left? We are left. The people of the country. We, the people of India country, we, the people of India, we are the last hope. Just like during the emergency, people raised their voices in large numbers and in the elections that followed, Indira Gandhi was defeated, with the same passion, the people of the country need to raise their voices against this undeclared emergency. If you say, hail to the Mother of India, then be ready to save the Mother of India. If you respect Gandhiji Bhagat Singh Net of India, then be ready to save it. If you respect the leader of the country, then bring in the same kind of passion. The freedom that he has given to us by shedding his blood and sweat, it is our duty to protect that freedom and to save the Indian democracy. From now on, every person who watches this video will consider themselves as the saviors of democracy. This responsibility is now ours. Step 1, Raise your voice. It all depends on your voice. If you can't raise your voice, then forward this video to 100 people. On WhatsApp groups, individually, on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, our mission is to spread this news to every corner of the country. To every voter in the country. Step 2. Don't forget to vote. This time, no excuses will be used 2. Don't forget to vote. This time, there will be no excuses because each vote matters. Check when your constituency is voting. If you are outside the country, then come and vote because this time, everything is on the line. Go to this link. You will also get this link in the description to check if you are already registered for voting or not. If your name is not on this list, it means you are not registered for voting. To complete voter registration, go to this link. You will also find this link in the description below. Step 3. Talk to people around you. Do you know that 30-35% of eligible voters in the country do not even vote? Convince people in your family, tell your friends, convince people in your neighborhood. The shopkeeper you go to buy vegetables every day, the laundryman you get your clothes pressed, the house helper who comes to your house, How many people can you reach out to and inform them about the state's emergency situation? And can you convince them to vote? Don't think that you can do everything alone. As Krishna says in the Gita, Don't worry about the results. Do your duty. If every person who watches this video, Just think that for the next 20 days, I will be able to do 5-10 things a day. I will be able to do everything. I will be able to do everything. I will be able to do everything. Don't worry about the results. Do your duty. If every person who watches this video decides that for the next 20 days, he will go and tell 5 people about this, only then will it work. We have more than 1 crore people connected to this YouTube channel. One person has to reach out to only 100 people. And in this way, we can reach out to all the 100 crore eligible voters in every corner of the country. And step 4, do all this with joy, with a smile and with love. Smile loudly so that your smile can drown out the ego of the Tana Shah. It's a river of love that can remove all the dirt of hatred and distrust. So remember these four things. Raise your voice. Vote. Make others vote. And smile and spread love. That's all you need. We can save the country. We need to get others to vote. And we need to spread laughter and love. That's all we need. We can save the country. We will save the country. Long live the revolution. Jai Hind
